She was granted a new trial based on the fact that a State Witness in her first trial (Expert) stated that she had watched a crime show before the drownings...the show was never aired hence the grant for a new trial...and she is out on 200,000 bond on the condition she stays at the mental hospital for treatment until her new trial in March....what I have read about it anyway.
