psychosis is reason. andrea yates is a whore. she had already spent 5-10 years, which is not nearly enough for drowing your children. now she spends time in a mental institution for awhile. no word on what's to happen afterward though. as to why she was released, beachguy...i have no fucking clue. perhaps she needed some shock treatments for being imprisoned for the drowning of her children. who knows when it actually sunk in?

She was granted a new trial based on the fact that a State Witness in her first trial (Expert) stated that she had watched a crime show before the drownings...the show was never aired hence the grant for a new trial...and she is out on 200,000 bond on the condition she stays at the mental hospital for treatment until her new trial in March....what I have read about it anyway.
