No news means good news in the world of drug testing. The MRO would only contact you if there were any issues with the sample.
If you are waiting to be put to work, and don't hear nothing by Friday morning, call the employer up sometime after lunch break and ask "What date can I start?"...

I took my piss test monday Jan. 30th around 10:30 a.m. and was fairly prepared in my opinion ( the sample was sent to Quest Diagnostics). I drank two 32oz. glasses of gatorade mixed with a pouch of Certo in each, as well as taking 4 aspirin about 2 1/2 hrs before i pissed. I also drank a good amount of water as well as eating red meat the night before the test.
