aeroponics help, zandor or someone please help!!

hello, i need some help on the aeroponics side of life!! im trying to cut back on how much i spend and use with the deepwater cultavation, i use 13 gallons of water to fill a 18 gallon tub to get my level right and that adds up to a whole lot of nutes!! can i save by making an aeroponics tub? i want to built a setup with a 18 gallon rubbermaid, a 396 gph eco-plus water pump, and just pvc and misters that resembles the "homemade aero cloner" on overgrow.com, real simple, but i have a few questions!!

1.) what level chould i have the misters? above or below the net cups?(i dont want a clog!!)

2.) what h2o/nute level should i keep in my tub that cycles through the misters?

3.) how often do i need to change the nutes, i know the time frame with the dwc but is it the same?

4.) any tips or draw backs or just simple things that i can do to makesure this is sucessful?

    thanks for the help!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it is good info... and they cost around $400, $470 and $600 for the big mofo NutraMist. And there's a board memeber, called turtle420, that has a NutraMist fogger. And he's trying to grow weed with it. And his clones are having problems with this fog setup. And he could really, really use the experience of you on this...
All you have to do, is cruise over the the Closet / Cabinet Growing section.... here, here's the link to that turtle guy's thread:

Again, turtle has a NutraMist ! Ask him about it! Or help him!
