There are witnesses to it also. Just sounds like the cop was enraged that the corvette ran from him and he was in that red haze...bad,bad. I am very glad the man survived surgery...witnesses said the cop kept screaming even after shooting him. Rage.

Well darn..I just looked at your location. I didn't realize you were in CA. They need to do something quick from what I am reading...one witness said that he (the passenger) was ordered to get up..he started to get up and he was shot...said that the man then said "you told me to get up" and the cop was still screaming that he shouldn't have made him chase him. A cop that was enraged AND scared..dangerous combo it seems.

When I saw the video I almost thought it was a fake. The soldier was talking to the cop and following directions. He even said he just came back from Iraq. When the cop asked the soldier to get up, he did then the fuckn cop shot him three times. He should be convicted for attempted murder. I'm glad they got it on film. FUcking what a little bitch the cop. I hope he gets ass raped in jail for the rest of his life. :cursing:
