This is almost the same exact order form used by thcbank.com---you can download it from their website. I'm fairly sure thcbank has been identified as a definite scam.
This culpepper guy is emailing this form to many people on this site.

you can tell its ascam just by the fact that the money is to be sent using western union

is this the culpepper from minnesota? because i used to live in nisswa, and there was a guy named culpepper and he was a big time dealer there. he ripped me out of $3,000 one time. i was so pissed that i threatend to burn his house down. mindzey if its the same culpepper that your talking about i know some stuff about him. i cant find your email, what is it. i would be happy to pass off any info i know to get a scammer off the street.

You did all you can do man. And it certainly looks too good to be true. And you're correct about it being a good thing if it saves a few folks from sending money to scammers.

i know that he uses alot of fake names, but i know his last name is anderson. im not sure what his first name is, im sure its not andy tho.

or is he casting thousands of webs in hopes of catching a few dumb suckers? if i were to try and scam this is probably how I would have done it too.
