Yeah.. percocet mixes acetaminophen with oxycodone, so it's the combination of upper and downer that causes difficulties sometimes, not necessarily too much of one or the other.

Acetaminophen is not an upper, it's tylenol. Are you maybe thinking amphetamine.

Yeah. The only problem with acetaminophen combinations is how easy it is to overdose on the stuff. People start taking more Percs because their tolerance is going up and end up overdosing on acetaminophen as the result.

my friend took 4 percs tonight, spread out(2 at a time i think), and she feels like shes gonna throw up now. i dunno how strong they are, but any advice?
