Who here tips their dealer?

hell no i dont tip my current dealer. he always shorts me a bit; like zinnia said he's taking his own tip. when someone gives me a proper hook-up, i smoke a joint/bowl with them, but i never give them an actual cash tip. if i got someone who delivered, i think i'd probably throw in an extra nug, but i'd be wary of giving out cash. i spend most of the money i can afford to waste on pot, i dont have extra cash to be giving away. dealers make a nice profit anyway.

If the dealer is straight-up, I'll smoke some with them, or give them a joint's worth, but only if they are honest with me.

I have tipped for delivery. If i know the dealer i almost allways ask them if they wanna burn a bowl before he/she leaves. lately though, i havnt been gettin real good hook ups

for most dealres it's a business. come get your weed and go. you've got to take into account that we're paying too much for marijuana to begin with. i don't know about you guys, but i personally think $20 a gram is expensive. i figure the first yield will pretty much pay off itself, in terms of lighting, seeds, etc. surely there's room for a price cut? dealers? growers? any input?

there are those people who think of it as the dealers taking a hi-risk to provide lovable smokers like ourselves with the potent greenery we crave. if it weren't for these profiteers in society, we would find ourselves cracking under the harsh pressures of reality, struggling to make it through the day without having to verbally or physically lash-out at someone. if that were the case, i'd be tipping my dealers up the wazoo.

I agree with this. They are growin which can be risky yes but it comes with so many advantages (eg weed on tap[kind of], an addition to their income and not having to worry about dodgy dealers).

This is why I think dealers should be more fair in what they sell. Earn enough to pay for what theyve spent growing + a little extra risk money. Im not a hypocrite, if I was a dealer Id be more than happy to give good deals. I dont understand why some dealers rip others off with shit deals. whenever Ive bought a large amount and sold off some of it off, it makes me happy when I hear ppl say the deal is sweet.

dude, i'm ecstatic when a dealer is hooking it up for $10! although...i have been spoiling myself recently...nobody can pass up a chance for some kind bud...especially properly cured bud.

alot of dealers dont want tips. they want you to smoke one with them so they wont have to worry if ur a narc or not. (if you all arent that tight)

dealers can be total asswipes sometimes tho, once my mate had rang his dealer for a twenty and he said yeah its here waiting for you, so he drove over and when he got there he rang the dealer again and the dealer said sorry man already smoked it! I think thats a bit mean!!

Well, I don't "tip" him, but I do help him out... my "dealer" is also a very good friend of me.

So, sometimes I go over and help him do two or three things around the house. Sometimes he smokes me out, sometimes I smoke him out (with his weed). I don't tip him, but there have been occassions when he needs like $200 to cover an entire ounce, and he calls me up and asks me for the $. Of course, I give it to him.... then I get some sweet $200 worth of chronic.

But tippping as in "Here's $5, thanks dude!"... nah... unless he drove out of the way... but, nah....
