storing for say 1-2 weeks

im getting a 1/4 probably tomorrow, going to smoke a few grams with my bro when he gets home this weekend, and then the next weekend me and my friend are going to smoke. i dont want the weed to go bad or anything while i wait so can someone tell me how to properly store ?

I have kept weed for upto about 3 weeks or so just keep it in a ziplock bag but suck all the air out first.

glass mason jar, or a glass anything jar, such as the jars that jelly, spaghetti sauce comes in, just make sure you wash it good if food came in it, cuz weed seems to have this tendency to soak up "smells" in the air and turns them into "flavors" and usually it doesn't taste too good, but of course, i wouldn't mind making my own special spahgetti sauce using weed, that'd be pretty fuckin tastey, and you could get high off a joint or bong or something, get the munchies and get even higher

If it's just for a week or two, a ziplock bag works well. Close it most of the way, deflate it and then seal it the rest of the way. I usually test my bags (close them with air inside, press on them and see if air leaks out from any tiny holes) before trusting them for long-term use. A ziplock in a gladware/tupperware will last for at least a month pretty much good as new, in my experience.
