I would ask that all those who are intrested in establishing a totally transparent non profit co-op whos SOUL intent is to - WITH the absolute co operation of local govt - develop frame work and operational procedures to allow MORE people to benefit from the use of cannabis - THIS IS NOT for those what to make $$$$ as we will use the following portion of the bill (SB 420) as foundation and charter:
