I'd love tomove to Amsterdam...But if you can't speak Dutch...moving to a quet little area will be difficult to manage...My advice is to move to Canada....beautiful place I'm told and the law is soft....I'm told.

Does anybody wanna help me out with a link or sumptin that will let me know about how much it cost to get a decent house. Do you have to go to the city to smoke?
