help i got browny roots in hydro flood n drain is that bad??
Unless your water temperature drops below 60F, you don't need a heater. Roots are healthier in cool water and can hold more oxygen. Warmer temperatures actually promote root problems.
Sometimes additives stain the roots brown even when the roots are healthy. Unless they are brown, decaying and slimey I wouldn't worry. When I have had root rot before, it smelled bad.Pepper Reviewed by Pepper on . help i got browny roots in hydro flood n drain is that bad??
