Our winters in north Cal are fairly warm and somewhat wet. Could a plant sustain itself most of the time on rain water, if there was rain about twice a week? I would also appreciate tips on somewhat good locations I could find to guerilla grow in a suburban enviorment (perhaps the roof of a store)?
