dull, but this is the outdoor section of the cultivation forum....
do you mean to imply that you are using foil outdoors?
have you considered the high visibility qualities that foil has?

but yeah, the dull side diffuses the light a lot better. this is what i've been told and it's what i've done with success... but the difference can't be that much (?). good luck!
