chill, im not a chronic smoker
but I do take care of my bod, im over forty and tho , ive been told I look much younger, i still strive to look better, just for my own personal well being

There is no way to pass on if you are a regular smoker and wait until the day before. The main reason i believe people are so unsuccesful at passing drug tests is because no one takes care of their bodies.
