A bulb might as well have the aerodynamics of a brick. Therefore if you want optimize your air escape velocity, you don't want your fan pushing air towards a brick.

Zandor tells me that they should blow the air through the fans; I have it set up so that the fans are on the exhaust side of the lights and draw the air through the lights. I still fail to see what difference it make unless it's just personal preference.
