vaporizer question

I'm trying to make one of those lightbulb vaporizers and I have wasted like 10 lightbulbs trying to bet the metal end off every one has exploded. Am i using the wrong tools (plyers) or am i doing something wrong?

dont try to get the full metal part off. just cut the black insulator stuff off the end. i just used a kitchen knife to get it off.

Does it have to be an air tight seal when the cap is screwed on? When I blow into the tube the air hits the bottom of the light bulb and comes back through the sides.

i used a lot of duck tape, and it worked well

but you have to take it off everytime you wan to smoke thats gonna get annoying do you think it will be important to be 100 air tight because it's pretty close

you NEED TO GLUE AND OR TAPE THE TOP OF A COKE BOTTLE ON TO THE TOP OF THE LIGHT BULB THEN U CAN UN SCREW THE COKE CAP TO PUT MORE WEED INSIDE I READ A GOOD ARTICLE ABOUT IT ON OVERGROW.COM AND THERE IS A PIC THE AS WELL PEACE CALI . CALIKINDBUD
