Make sure your soil source is properly drained! I flooded plants my first time by putting dirt in a bucket and growing, no holes in the bottom. Really bad.

I heard you can use the wrong kind of soil and fertilizers. everything else i have read on. Im gonna go into home depot and buy one or two pots to grow in with some soil and fertilizer and grow by a lake in my neighborhood. Im going to make sure i only go to the plant at night also.
