theres this girl and whenever im online, she constantly IMs me saying the most random things. i have been friends with her for about a 2 years when i met her through a friend. like she would IM me saying "hoot hoot" and then just start talking to me. its like things that i cant even respond to by saying anything.

i can tell she likes me because shes always trying to get me to hang out with her and in my opinion, i wouldnt classify her as ugly but im just not attracted to her at all, both physically and her personality.

what would you suggest for me to get her to basically stop talking to me...i would just curse her off and tell her to leave me alone but i dont want to come off as a jerk and i wouldnt mind being just friends with her if she would stop saying stupid random things to me.
