Maybe someone could help me out with a name .

I think i came across it on a Cannabis site and it was on a link for accessories or something

Wow, I love those kind of things, like on In The Line Of Fire, with Clint Eastwood in, when the guy takes the gun he made onto a plane with 2 bullets in a fake rabbit's foot on his keyring, so he could get through security, it's a very good idea.
