I wouldn't call it Coffee Shop quality, but it seems to be reasonably light green, and has its fair share of hairs. I'd call it good kb, but nothing to write home about.

$70 seems like about what I'd pay for a quo of that quality. Good score!

Definitely a couple of seeds in that pic. Looks good but not great. I pay 80 for a quarter but there are absolutely no seeds and tons of crystals. So I think you overpaid but weren't completely ripped off.

I don't know, 1/8 of mids is 40 around here, I don't doubt 1/4 of high mids could be 70.
