Is there a pH controller?
Well, as far as the CO2 dosing, I'm pretty sure that your solution would become saturated with gas and you would not be able to adjust the ph further. All liquids have a limit to how much gas can be dissolved in them, it typically depends on pressure, temperature, and the fluid type.
