    How to cut metal?

I've used a jigsaw, works quite well as long as you get a metal-cutting blade. I'd stay away from Dremels though.

    How to cut metal?

See the thing is, I need to cut in the middle not from the side in. My brother said hes gonna buy the jigsaw blade and use it on my cousin's jigsaw. I hope it works.

Then you've just got to drill some holes so that you can stick the jigsaw blade in there and start cutting.

Man, if only I knew someone with a plasma torch Cuz even with a jigsaw it's going to be hard cutting a perfect 4" circle and two 2" circles.

you can get a jigsaw for 10 bucks at the pawn shop...I bet you can get one for under 20 bucks from harborfreight or northern tools.

this is the way to go...drill 4-6 holes evenly around your perimeter and then use jigsaw with metal blade...buy 2-3 because you will probably break one
If you try to snip that thick of metal...you will have a mess...trust me, it is better to wait and get the right tool for the job, Imho...

    I doubt they'd have a 4" bit

Maybe not 4" but it's quite possible. I'm not talking about regular drill bits, but the ones that are used to cut things like holes for door knobs. They are like circles with little saw teeth on them.
