    Mold

So I'm new to growing for the most part, and I've got mold growing on the top of the soil of the pots that have seeds germinating, so no spouts or plants yet. The temperature in my grow cabinet is 87 F, and I don't have ventilation fans running yet. So is this bad, and if so how can I prevent it?
