does anybody smoke weed with a stomach ulcer?

I think i've been diagnosed..

Ultrasound - Doctor's said its possible, so I have to go through a fucking endoscopy..

But do you think this is why I'm throwing up after toking?
Should you smoke on an ulcer?
Are there any meds to take to coat it?

If you do discover that smoking causes your ulcer to become uncomfortable, try eating cannabis, vaporizing, etc etc. Oils, Tinctures, and extracts are great.

Hi! My boyfriend was diagnosed with gastritis and also has two ulcers. Anyways, he's been prescribed with antibiotics to fight a bacteria that won't let the gastritis and the ulcers heal..my question is: Does marijuana affect the effectiveness of antibiotics?

No. MJ doesn't reduce the effectiveness of any medication.

chica_loca: It may help him with some of the antibiotic side effects (if any exist). Personally, when I am on antibiotics, I smoke MJ pretty roughly to suppress the nausea and cramps I get. As long as he doesn't have GERD he probably won't hurt anything.

Thanx guys! By the way, he's doing just fine and he's been smoking MJ on a regular basis, so i guess it really doesn't do anything to the antibiotics

Cannabis actually has anti-biotic properties.

Between 1840-1920 it was a major ingredient in most corn plasters, just for example.

I recently made a fairly comprehensive post about that somewhere, but I can't remember now where it is.

smoking anything is hard on ulcers ... just be very carful to avoid swallowing any smoke ..
