They are self contained recirculating. They are right next to my flower room which is AC cool. I should of got a bigger AC unit. LOL. I didn't think it was all going to get this big but it get's out of hand. I was thinking of just filling the empty containers in the flower room with water and ciculate that for a cool floor. That or the fridge, and I just saw one cheap that had a few dents at slowes. Yes the widow roots good. I got 5 afgani and only one looks like it might make it now. I'm moving alot of stuff and it throws you off trying to get back right. Thanks.

    thanks for the comments...

Z, thanks for the number idea...
I was using stik'ums...but with the moisture?

    loc...bud was pretty good

locnar...I am going to be jealous if you build your fridge chiller before I get to build mine...LOL

yeah blue or green sterlite or tape the crap out of them...

since we breached the subject. We don't bring up light-tightness enough anymore. For all you newbs!!!

whenever you add nutrients to rez you must keep ANY and ALL LIGHT OUT! algae will just eat you up.

1st rule of Hydro is PH
2nd rule of HYdro is light tight rez.
3rd rule is: you are going to love it and spend a fortune along with sleepless nights spent in the growroom. I promise. roflmao

One final note...you can get away with the darker colors like green gray and dark blue, as far as the tub is concerned you probably do not need to worry.
you do however need to cover the tops with plastic, mylar, paint or tape...gray 3 wraps/black 2 wraps...Happy growing. lw

Instead of taping them you can use water heater blanket wrap. It's silver Mylar lined with some R-value as well and provides some insulation. You can stick it right up under the lip and light does not get through. I keep the bottom open so I can use the miracle thaw things in the summer to help draw out the heat.

As for marking plug numbers; I just use a sharpie.

This is a cool cloner too

On the idea of cooling fluid by running the line into and through some cold ice water then back out; if you add salt to the tub of cold ice water, it'll be much colder and faster.

i was toying with an idea like this ages ago, but thought cloners needed more of a mist than wat the rotarys provide?
