so i got called back for the second part of the hiring process....and nowhere on the application did they say anything about a drug test....or did they say anything about it on the phone....can they keep that from me? or do they have to tell me

Employers are required by law to inform employees that theyre subject to taking drug tests if the employer has implemented a Drug-Free Workplace program.
