a good remedy for depression, i have found, is to meditate, and work on removing ego and material attatchments, including physical love and relationships.

im having a fuck of an impossible time with that last one, and it keeps bringing me back down... it's hard to ignore too...

yes, working out is deffenitely good for the endorphines. i dont exerscise at all, but i try to stratch a little every day, and that's helpped quite a bit, but i need to get out more lol

It is so hard to find balance these days - the world has gotten easier in many ways, but for some reason many of us find it more stressful.
If I think back several years when we all weren't hooked up to cell phones, beepers, ATM machines etc. - we had MORE TIME! I don't get it.

Depression is prevalant with many it seems, and for anyone who has not suffered from a diagnosed clinical depression - it is hard to understand.

But as many of these replies have said - exercise is certainly a real key in helping you feel better. Whatever your situation, whether you have access to a gym, or prefer to jog or bike - just try to do at least 30 minutes a day. It might not solve everything but it will kick those endorphins into play and you will benefit from looking better and feeling healthier.

i didnt read any of the responses but i was very depressed way back when bout 7 months or so ago. all you can do is search within yourself to try to find the answer or a solution to why you are depressed. Time is the best remedy

now that i have undergone a change it is easier for me to not worry about other people think and just focus on my own thought and viewpoint. But im still not completely void of worry of what other people think. But mostly. My best advice is just to search within yourself and find some kind of value or belief to base your life on. Right now i guess mine would be " i dont care" im not one of those freaks though that starts listening to screaming music and wearing chains thought just cuz i dont really care about a lot of shit though. Dont turn into one of those
