Flavoured pipe tobaccy?

Ok kids you got me on this one. Why would you mix anything, (other than hash or hash oil) expecially some yuppie flavored herbal smoke or even tobacco with your smoke?
I understand it's somewhat of a trend nowdays but this one has me baffled.

A friend of mine a while back had rolled up a joint using weed and this cherry flavoured tobacco. Now, this wasn't nasty tasting shit, or full of nasty chems. like regular tobacco. It was just tasty. I think it might have been pipe tobacco, but I'm not sure. That's why I ask you people here. Surely someone must know what I'm talking about. I wanted to try it again purely for the flavour of it, but this isn't the same stuff I tried before. It uses less weed in joints, plus I can walk around downtown now puffing away on a mix without smelling like a pot factory.

And something new and different. This tobacco isn't the kind of crap you get in standard smokes. It is a tobacco, but isn't as harsh or strong. It's for nice, casual puffs.
