my best advice would be to just keep yourself busy. Try working as much as possible, and when you've got some down time at home, do homework, even read, or play a little PS2... I had to tone it down not too long ago, and that's what worked for me. When I was busy with something, I barely thought about smoking...although the thoughts still creeped in every now and then...just stay strong.

yeah I think the statistic is that you have to do something 30 times before you get it down as habit....make yourself start doing stuff it will take a while, but once it becomes habit it gets much easier

There's a very simple secret that both me and my best friend learned about quitting. it's not going to happen if you have stuff in the house. smoke it up or sell it off, but dont' expect to quit when you constantly know there's a baggy 5 seconds away.

Perhaps you just need to find something real constructive to do in order to fill in the time that you usually spend getting stoned? Remember, this is time you had usually had occupied. It's "free" time now. It needs to be replaced with something to do.

yea true about the having stuff in ur house. give it all to a friend and tell him not to give it back no matter what until a certain date or something.

that's why i cant quit; untill my dad stops buying, i cant start quittin' i've even told him this, and he STILL expects me to get clean and get a job...

untill he stops buying it, i cant stop smoking it... even when i dont get into his stash, there is always a certian residue left over for later...

i cant quit. i dont have the will power to let the law win while i have access to a protest.

Quiting is tricky for some people. All the times I have quit the only reason I did quit is because I truly utterly wanted to quit! But i allways found my way back to the weed! If you put your mind to it you can do it, cause its just your mind thats holding you back, cause your body is not addicted to weed, your mind is

yes, except my mind isnt really all that addicted to the high, rather, i am addicted to the protest that occours with every toke. i am more addicted to finding out weather or not pot is all you need to sustain yourself indeffenitely...

i wanna disappear into my personal forest of marijuana, never to be heard of or seen again.

untill im about 250 years old
