I hear what you all are saying, and believe it. I wrote 'em last night with some questions, and I had an e-mail by 10am today. If something ain't broke, don't fix it, and I think that's the case with the Volcano. It's possible they'll change it a little in the future, but the basic unit remains very solid.
In the reply I received, it was stated that the unit is made to medical grade quality, and uses the same quality components.

JMO, but Happy Vappy is a joke; save your money and make a vaporizer; the thing is really simple, but actually amounts to nothing more than a small chamber that your product is placed in after letting it warm up, waiting about 30 sec, then placing a Teflon mouthpiece in it and drawing on it.
