ok find i nice comfy spot with a 10 litre bottle and a glass, DONT EXERSISE WHILE DRINKING 10 LITRES OF WATER! just drink as much as you can all day every day until the hearing if you afraid of the drug test. clear all your pipes and such out of the house clean up any evidence of smoking(ash trays, computer history since your here) NEVER TAKE RESPONSEABLITIY, ALWAYS DENY!
