You're a minor and you live in Canada, so I'm guessing that nothing will happen to you. Just say you made a big mistake and you won't do it again. And I presume you will, but don't take it to school.

dude chill out. it's just a meesly 2.5 grams. you can ask for a public defender which is a lawyer given to you by the court for free.

here in california, i have tons of friends who get little possession tickets. i've seen at least 10 of my friends get possession tickets and they all got the 'diversion program' which requires you to be in some sort of drug counseling for 3 months and informal probation for 6 months, where basically you just can't get caught again or go out past 8pm without a parent note. if they offer you the diversion program, it cancels out the fine and the charge is off your record once you complete the 6 months probation.

but anyways, you live in canada so it's probably even more kick back. don't lie that's a bad idea especially since it's such a small charge.

I got busted a long, long time ago. With a ounce of speed. Big shity brown pants i'll tell you.
The police questioned me like fuck, trying to get me to slip up and tell them where i got it from.
I refused to roll over (i am a stand up guy) on ma dealer. The police got all flustered and tried to scare the shit out of me by saying i get fucked up the ass in jail and have me teeth knocked out so i couldnt bite.....you get the picture.
I spent ten months waiting for the court date, wondering what the hell to say, how to say. Whether to pretend to be a silly teenager in there eyes.

In the end it was so removed from the police bit, the Sheriff (i live in scotland, its a sheriff court) couldnt hardly keep awake and then completey out of the blue asked me to stand up looked me up and down (i was wearing a suit i think that swayed it) i was about to plead like your talking about. Before i could say anything he gave a 150 pound fine to be payed at 5 pounds a fortnight. i was out of the court before i knew how lucky i was. I could have got six months at least.

Needless to say the police were a little pissed of and made my life a misery for a couple of months.

Dont worry the getting caught bits worse than court
