last time i was in school they didnt do random searches on students for drugs, so you must have done something stupid which got you in trouble, which leads me back to what i said before...

6 months is the crime for possesion of most drugs (in california), but thats if your over 18 since your not 6 months probation is probably the most youl get.

be polite dont answer back when they give the whole ''youve been a stupid acting individual blah blah'' basicly mate for that couple of hours tell them exactly wot they wanna hear for your good such as i have learnt a lesson it was just trying it out';' and all that bollox and they will prbably just give u a verbal warning lol police pulled me and 3 mates over one night we all had an eigth they gave me mine back after and said cus i told them i had it in my pocket and it mine lol truefully the officer gave me my keys wallet money fags rizzla WEED. lol and said have a nice evening :thumbsup:

alright i dont know where zurich is but im from the london area and i use to live in ottawa and i was narked on in school once fo a bit of weed

they cut my lock and searched my loacker but didnt find anything (they can do that because its there property) then they took me down to the office and told me to emty my pockets and i refused because they didnt have permission or an officer present

so they asked me to leave, so i did and in the end all i got was a 3 day suspension which i spent smoking the fresh 1/8 i had hidden in the front of my boxers

when its your word against someone elses they cant search you its a breach of your public rights, but the cops can so try and get out of there as fast as you can

but as for your situation you might get a fine but i doubt it, my guess is community service

i've been busted 3 times for possesion of hash, twice with more than 2.5 grams and all i ever got was 1 £50 fine and 2 warnings.
