rolling a blunt doesnt mean it has to have tobaccy in it.

you can rolly a philly just like a joint. a dutch takes a bit more finesse cuz you have to peel the leaf and re-roll it after. just make sure when puttin the leaf back on, dont roll too tight or you wont be able to pull. i suggest you start off with a philly.
