Is this theory true? Well from my personal expierence it feels right, so your schedule sounds pretty good if you can keep it up. You might want to think about getting a little bit more sleep. Maybe wake up at 3:00 instead.. Sounds pretty healthy but also a bit routine and will restrict a lot of your freestime.

PS. Sometimes I go to bed like at 9:00 wake up at 5:00 and smoke before everyone wakes up, one of the most peaceful times of the day imo. Just an idea..
that's an interesting theory. i can remember waking up refreshed on nights that i went to sleep before twelve, but shit...that happens probably once every year or so. my sleep schedule as of lately has been going to bed between 3 am - 6 am and waking up in the late afternoon. i suppose the three hours after-noon would be considered twice as restful?
