In some societys and cultures it is thought that every hour you sleep before midnight equals too almost twice as much rest. For example going to bed at 10:00 and waking up at 7:00, will be more refreshing then going to bed at 12:00 and waking up at 9:00 even though it is techniqually the same amount of sleep.

Is this theory true? Well from my personal expierence it feels right, so your schedule sounds pretty good if you can keep it up. You might want to think about getting a little bit more sleep. Maybe wake up at 3:00 instead.. Sounds pretty healthy but also a bit routine and will restrict a lot of your freestime.

PS. Sometimes I go to bed like at 9:00 wake up at 5:00 and smoke before everyone wakes up, one of the most peaceful times of the day imo. Just an idea..
keinmehrkreig Reviewed by keinmehrkreig on . Sleep I have a question about sleep. Say if this was my NEW sleep routine, go bed at 7pm after school, get up at 2am, stay up the rest of the night, go to school, get back home, sleep at 7pm, get up at 2am and so on, would that be considered unhealthy for my phyical or mental state? I've talked to P.E.N.G.U.I.N about it on MSN and he said that it would not effect my mental or phyical state in anyway as long as i get sleep within the 24 hours (which i would be doing if i had that as a routine) Rating: 5
