schwag is great spice... ill buy an ounce every now and then when its really cheap (like 50) and then freeze it. and then anytime i want some i break some off, grind it up and bam.

it goes well with pretty much anything...

steaks, chicken, burgers, all pastas, especially spaghetti, alfredo noodles, and lasagna. oh, and its fuckin awesome when you cook it into taco meat. its good on salad. ive even made salad dressings using it as the main spice (mix it half and half with the other spices in ranch and its the bomb).

one time i saved enough seeds to grind into flour and then i baked a loaf of bread... kind of a different texture, and a really diff taste, but quite good.:thumbsup:
