Yea I would get one. I have degenerative disc disease, Severe back pain. I take 3- hydrocodone 10's, 3- Ibuprofen 800mg, and a nerve blocker a day, And that just eases the pain. I can smoke some weed and pain is gone (if it is good stuff 2-3 hits does it) all above that just makes every thing seem OK
