is this enough

i have a 67w = 500w
a 100w = 1000w
both flourex floodlight
then i was gonna get a couple of 200w cfls from wal mart
and use that and the two floods for veggin
and for flowering i was gonna use the light i use for veg with a 90 hps lamp
would that give me a descent yield?
