if you dont have time to cook and strain your weed into butter, while smelling up your whole kitchen at the same time (if you live with your mom itll probly be pretty hard to make cannabutter unless she doesnt care) then you can just snarf the bud as is. roll it in some ham or cheese or something if ur lazy like me

Ive always heard that eating MJ can be fatal(if large quantites have been consumed) but ive also heard that it takes allot more to get high if u eat it. So that could become a very expensive habbit. This whole haveing to quit totally sucks man

Hey guy,
You need to take 10-12 full grams of ascorbic acid per day divided into 4 doses throughout the day.
This will protect the linings of the lungs.
Use pure ascorbic acid in powdered form. Not magnesium ascorbic. Mix with orange juice.
Avoid sugar and refined carbs, i.e. processed junk, white bread, white rice, sweet rolls etc etc. It interferes with ascorbic uptake. So keep those at a minimum.
Ascorbic is water soluble and is eliminated in the urine within hours. This is why you take 4 spaced doses in order to keep plasma levels constant.
So every 6 hours you would want to take 3 full grams which is roughly a heaping teaspoon. Rinse your mouth well after as it is slightly acidic to the tooth enamel.
Anyone that smokes cigarettes or pot should do this to protect the lung lining and the arteries.
There are many added health benefits too numerous to list by using ascorbic .
Get started asap.
Be careful with the vapes. Some have aluminum burners that oxidize as it goes through constant heat/cool cycles. You end up taking this oxidized aluminum fumes into your lungs, worse so than weed itself.
Doctors rarely talk about the neccessity of ascorbic (vitamin c) simply because it is not a patentable molecule and therefore not profitable to the phamacuetical industry.
Most doctors can be disbarred and charged with a felony for even talking about such a method as it is over the rda amount. However the dose I recommend you take has a long history of science behind it since the 1950's and is well supported by many scientists and more importantly by the worlds only twice held noble prize winner and founder of modern chemistry, Linus Pauling, the greatest humanitarian scientist ever.
It is absolutly essential to the human body in the dose range of 10-12 grams, divided per day. You will die without it in 200 days. Its called scurvy. Many health problems in society today are actually acute induced scurvy states but mainstream medicine ignores this as I just told you why. Sick people are profitable to the pharm industry and that is the bottom line.
Heart disease, (acute induced scurvy) is easily cured is easily cured using ascorbic, the amino acid proline and the amino acid lysine. It keeps Ipa from sticking to arteries and disolves plaque at the same time. Yet the pharmaceutical industry maintains a 500billion dollar/year profit from cholestol drugs which only speed the disease by blocking the body's own COQ10 production to give pumping strength to the heart and therefore making the heart weaker. Stupid isnt it. Its all about money.

These four mammals lost one enzyme in the liver out of three during evolution to naturally synthesize ascorbic, thought by migration patterns. So external sources of ascorbic are mandatory. The modern diet lacks the required amount to be equivelent to a synthesizing mammal and that is one of the main reasons we have so many health problems in society.

nope. first off, the only way you could possibly die from marijuana is if someone made a rope out of the hemp and choked you with it. eating it doesnt kill you, and in fact you actually get higher than by smoking it because when you ingest it every bit of thc is absorbed into your blood stream. it just takes 30min-1hr to kick in.

you can injest buds and get high. cooking cannabutter can ruin the thc if you dont do it right.
they have also found that smoking weed isn't harmfull to your lungs like smoking cigarettes
use a bong "filters carcinogens" even though theres slim to none in mj
make hash "less smoke overall"
pot is actually quite healthy overall and might even help your condition. the doctor wont tell you that and he doesn't necessarily know everything about pot. the pharm comapanies want to sell thier product and dont want you to know either.

Ya but i dunno if i wanna take that chance untill i see documented tests that state this im not saying ur wrong or anything but ya know theres a chance. But anywho thanks to tha dude with that post with all the stuff i need to take for my lung lineing and such. And thanks VoidlivesOn for being such a nice guy :thumbsup:
