those look like red spectrum lights from here look into 5000k lights for sproutings and veging also it looks kinda dim in there the safty baskets alright but the top of that makeshift chamber could be covered in dullwhite paper or some tinfoil dullside reflecting, as for that fan i hope its not on to strong could do more damage then help lights should be facing upwards not directly at the plants for air circulation and alil breeze not a full on hurricane especially early in development..by the way thanks for dropping by my thread imp:
