kobe never even got to the playoffs without shaq and i dont think it will happen this year either. yea he had more rings but imagine if jordan had a "shaqlike" teammate with him during his early teens. they would have won multiple championships also.

i never said he shouldnt be considered one of the best of all time because of his personal life. screw his personal life. hes still not going to be considered top 5 nba players of all time just because he hasnt proved anything yet besides that he can win with shaq. shaq might be lazy and flabby but hes still the dominant in todays game because most teams double and triple him as soon as he catches the ball. i guarantee that kobe bryant will not win another championship with him being the dominant player on his team or else i will NEVER smoke weed again. as talented as he is, im that confident he wont.

also, one big difference between them is that jordan's defense was a lot better than kobes. im not saying kobe isnt a good defender because he is one of the top 15 defenders in the league but jordan was that much better than everyone else in the league at his time at defense. yea, scottie might have guarded the opposing team's best scorer but michael could do it too. its just that it would be that much harder for him to focus on scoring if he did.
