If you think you dont have an ego your most likely wrong..take shadow stoner wolf for example he said he would like to kill people in the "do you compromise thread" but in the post above this one he says he has almost no ego..wanting to kill sombody means you have hardcore ego..

heres what the ego is....
you are attatched to things here in this physical reality
it could be loved ones or objects or places
it also can be your physical body
when you have an ego loss here is what happens.....
you could have done say Salvia for example and you pop out of your body or everything starts to melt around yourself including your body
you suddenly feel afraid that you wont be able to come back and everything is so real like you lose yourself
you will think about your loved ones and say oh no I will never see these people again or something
or the famous question.... am I dead?????? where am I?????
the trick is to let go of everything you hold dear and you will be ok when you get back :-)

someone with a big ego is a different sort of thing than ego loss
but then again they are the most likely to not let go when it comes time and have a panic attack and go to the mental ward
