Bend them over for one week, using plastic tie-wraps, then release them. I found 12 inches high enough spacing for a 400HPS, IF you have a constant air supply going between the light and the plants.

The new ligh has to be 4 ft away from the top of the plant, but we cant get it that high, so we will have to bend the plant. Can someone give simple steps to doing it please? Its 80cm tall aswell, what do you think the yeild would be like? Rating: 5
