Arghh compact fuorescent broken!

And I had just finished my stealth grow box, and the bulb is brand new. Luckily I already ordered a backup bulb last week, but sheesh I was so eager to light up my box today. Anybody find that the Hydrofarm 125 watt compact fuorescent bulbs break easily?

hell yea cfls brake almost as often as bongs and pipes.. what can you expect for the price but then again mh's and hps's have there flaws as well for example no touching with bare hands cfls crack easily an then implode very nasty micro glass fragments left behind ive gone through 5 cfls already this grow but i must admit there great as far as keeping heat issues non existant go and alot more practical in tight grow spaces

Wow, I had no idea that they're so fragile. Hope my bulb never breaks over my plants, that'd be unfortunate.
