    I've only smoked a couple of times before. Last night I got the highest I've ever been, and right now I feel really depressed. This has happened a couple of times before (getting really stoned one night and feeling emotionally crappy the next day). I haven't been smoking excessively at all, there has always been a good two or three week break every time I've smoked. Any advice or information would be nice...

    It might be unrelated, or maybe you sort of expect to be feeling crappy the next day. Try to get outside or excersize and not just sit around. That'll probably help.

    yeah sometimes...i feel a little down the morning after...kinda like a hangover
    dont know why. Awills advice is good though. That usually works.

    I always feel awesome the next morning, like i had plenty of sleep. The first few times i smoked, though, i think i did feel a bit crappy the next day. It should pass after a while, but if not then stop smoking for a while and see what happens. I dont think its the weed tho, i think its just u arent used to what it feels like to feel better than ever

    first few tiems i toked i felt the same in the mornings. lethargic, had no physical or emotional energy. I only found that smoking semi-regularly (ie, once a week) really stopped it. I think if you wait any more than that between toking your body is not used to it. well that's what i found with myself anyway. now i'm toking everyday and it's great, wake up feeling so refreshed.

    Maybe you were depressed cause you weren't high? Sometimes when I can't smoke I get in a weird mood. Could be something that is hidden inside and when you get high, deep down thoughts come out, try to fix whateva is bothering you.

    When I am high I have to do something that is creative, mind liberating, positive, you know something that makes you feel good. When I sit there and waste the time away and donâ??t even pick up after myself then the next day I am drained. And that cycle can happen very easily and you realize you havenâ??t done anything for a week straight it really fucks you up. I have the same problem when I drink. So when you are going to smoke, it helps to have lots of puzzles, music, books, mags., art, and your computer so you can start babbling at some guy you donâ??t even know giving him advice on what to do when your high.

    Welcome to the Come-Down! It's a totally shared experience. Think about coming down off 4 tabs of acid and an eighth and then running a singing workshop full of noisy kids! Hell yeah!

    ive had that..start smoking more and it quit for me...but you might be diff..

    same happend to me. the first 5 times or so, id only smoke every week and id feel so emotionally empty, and lazy. it goes away after your 10th time or so. now i feel kinda dissapointed in myself for smoking (my mom feels bad that i smoke), but thats about all
