nah i actually think its from exersizing too much, it started aching after wrestling practice tuesday and has gotten worse and worse since, but i havent gone because ive been sick for a long ass time. Also i kno wat a pulled muscle feels like, and what a broken bone feels like and it feels more like a broken bone than anything. I just dont know how i coulda done that to it.. and stretching it makes it hurt like fuck

and it hurts when i breathe in really deep or breathe all the way out, too....wtf
shit....Ive felt like that plenty of times after wrestling practice or tournaments...usually my backs a little sore...and it hurts to lift my arms for a few days after tournaments
