Hello dude Welcome to the boards

Lights::: Get as much as light your $budget allows.
Mothers: I congratulate you on deciding of going the mothers' way. To me, it makes more sense than dropping seeds, then removing males... but to each his own.
I've been growing my White Widow mothers for about 110 days or something now. They've been ready to take clones from them since about day 85ish or something. Just so you know, it's going to take time.
I suggest you get the best trains you can $afford.

Nutes::: Well, I suggest you have your mothers in soil... that's what I did. Your actual grow, will it be hydro or soil? The nutes depend on that... more or less.
If you're going hydro, pic General Hydroponics (GH) 3-part nutes... there are others (like Advanced Nutrients... etc.).

Ventilation: Dude, that's a thing that's going to take trial and error... and more trials... ventilation. Try a lot of things until you get it right.

Space: Do you have the measurements? Height, width and length?

Growing medium: My suggestion, soil for mothers, soil or hydro for the actual growth.

Pots: Well, for your mothers, you need to know how big you want them. My mothers are in a 6" pot, and they're pretty bushy... although, they've run out of root space for sure.

For the actual growth, if you're going with soil, you should use a general rule: 1gallon of pot for every foot of plant height.

Best,
