    Dude, word definitions DONâ??T CHANGE!!!

Why donâ??t you ask one of your teachers if you can have a â??Quizâ?ť consisting of a single question.. Then again itâ??s doubtful you actually go to schoolâ?¦.

Really? Word definitions don't change? Hmm.

I guess you shouldn't take any offense by being called GAY, then, right?

This is also NOT a quiz. It's a SINGLE FUCKING QUESTION!

You know what? I'm gonna go put ONE Cheerio in a bowl, add a drop of milk, and call it a bowl of cereal. Then, I'm going to your house, and I'm gonna ram it up your ass until my shoulder's touching prostate.
I think someone needs an enema and a prozac.

The definition of the word "gay" has not changed, it has just had a new meaning added to it. When using the word "gay" for the meaning happy, or jolly, etc. the word and meaning has not changed at all for hundreds of years.

Now in the last 40 years or so it has also come to mean homosexual but that does not affect the word when used in its original context. Of course this new meaning has caused the word not to be used much for describing "happy" or "jolly" but that does not mean it is incorrect to do so.

So the word "QUIZ" when being used to describe posing a question has not changed. Maybe you know some new ways to use the word "quiz" but I doubt it. And the definition stands, the word "quiz" can be used when asking a single question, it does not need to be more that 1 question.

Yeah I'm out of pot and really, really bored! Thats the only reason. Its funny, I have noticed I never post on message boards when I have weed. I just am never in the mood for it when I'm high. But when I run out I get so damn bored I sit around and argue abut really stupid shit like this...

Fuck that! Gay means gay. I called you gay, and you knew exactly what I meant. If you say gay and mean happy, you are a stickler-bitch and should be sucker-punched accordingly.

But, this isn't about homos. It's about a definition. And it shouldn't be this complex.

When you say quiz, you mean 1 or more questions.

When I say quiz, I mean 3 or more questions.

We could leave it at that.

But damnit, I still want to convince you.

Imagine, if you will, you and your mom are sitting at the table. You are studying. Then, she says, "Hey. Want me to quiz you?". And you say, "Okay Mom!"

Then, she askes you one question.

    Then she leaves.

Is that what you had in mind? No. Was I expecting one question when I opened this thread in the first place? Also no.

When you say quiz, you gotta keep in mind the millions and millions of other quizzes that were much more than one question. And when you bring out your measly, little, isolated question, you are letting down your public. And that ain't right.

And, there's nothing wrong with healthy debate. No matter how trivial.

Imagine going to school and having a pop "quiz". The Quiz consists of a single essay question. Itâ??s done all the time.

    You loose!
